Abhishek's Suprachill Filter is designed with specially cooling & heating arrangements. Available in horizontal design with capacity range as :  SCF-20, SCF-50, SCF-100, SCF-160, SCF-200, SCF-260.

MAIN USES : For Dewaxing Rice Bran Oil, Sunflower , Soyabean, Cottonseed & Palm Oil and many more.

Totally automatic from cooling, filtering, heating, to wax recovery.

Energy saving construction therefore less energy is consumed compare to conventional filters.
Filtration area can be freely adjusted to match the desired production quantity.
Wax recovery after filtering is possible in a short time.
Cooling after wax recovery is performed in a short time. So the next dewaxing can be quickly started.

Dewaxing requires a large area, however the SUPRACHILL FILTER itself is compactly designed so installation does not require a large space.

Filtrate discharge outlets are attached to each leaf, thereof it is easy to detect a defective filter leaf.
Maintenance is easy compared to the conventional automatic discharge filter. The heating and cooling coils can be completely cleaned to maintain the efficiency of the SUPRACHILL FILTER.

MODE OF OPERATION :

SUPRACHILL FILTER - FOR DEWAXING OIL & FATS

Oil & Fats Filter

For dewaxing of oil, the oil is cooled - 20 deg.C. ~ 25 deg.C. for a set time & then fed into the Suprachill Filter with head pressure 0.35 ~ 0.6 Kg / cm2 . Wax discharge is performed by feeding steam in the built-in steam coil inside Suprachill Filter. The melted wax is automatically discharged into the wax receiving pan by specially designed valves. The recovery rate depends on the wax content of the oil, but it will be in the range of 80 % ~ 97%. Wax discharge is completed within 2 to 3 hours, with minimum man power.

Steam consumption per 1000 liters of feed oil is only 40 ~ 100 Kilograms.

SUPRACHILL FILTER - FOR OIL WINTERIZING

Oil & Fats Filter

Winterizing process requires controlled cooling of oil 0 deg.C. ~ 10 deg.C. Then with a head pressure 0.35 ~ 0.6 Kg / cm2 , the cooled oil is fed into the Suprachill Filter. The Suprachill Filter is housed in specially constructed cold room to maintain temperature in between 5 deg.C. to 15 deg.C. Cake discharge is performed by feeding hot water in the built-in steam coil inside the filter. The cake from the suprachill filter can be separated by solvent into a liquid oil and a hard oil to ideally procured the highest recovery rate.
